How to purchase tickets
Tickets can be purchased on the Tickets
page of the website. You cannot order by telephone or by email. When
placing an order you will be asked to indicate the type of ticket and
the quantity, as well as your email address. A customer requesting both
types of tickets should place two separate orders. Please be attentive
when giving your email address. It is very important that this information
be correct so that we can send written confirmation of the tickets you
have ordered to your email address.
Once you place your order through the website, you will receive an immediate
order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. If you have
not received an immediate confirmation letter with the number of your
order, this means that either your email address is blocked or it was
not properly indicated.
In one to three days after the order is placed and payment is verified,
you will receive a second e-mail containing a voucher (proof of purchase)
in an attached PDF file. Considering that the voucher appears as an attached
file, during the time you are waiting to receive it you should turn off
your SPAM filter, since it will not allow your mail server to deliver
to you any attachments to emails.
Note: In order to view and print PDF files, you will need to download
a free copy of Adobe
Acrobat Reader. To open an Acrobat Reader file (a PDF file), double-click
on it.
The Order change and Order cancellation policy applies to ticket sales. Unused Vouchers are refundable upon cancellation (less Processing Service Fee).A nonrefundable Processing Service Fee US $3.95 applies per each Ticket sold.
There are certain categories of visitors who are eligible for a free admission. You can find information about this below in the section entitled "Eligible for a free admission".
