A reproduction of a small worktable in neo-classical style with removable top that, when turned upside down, serves as a pincushion. These pieces were typical of the houses of Russian nobility, as every woman spent a lot of time on needlework and embroidery. The table features rooster-head supports, a common motif found in Russian folk art.
