A replica of the St Petersburg Coat-of-Arms created using galvanography. In the coat-of-arms, the crown represents the Russian Empire, the sceptre indicates that St Petersburg is the capital, and the two anchors with the St Andrew ribbon show that St Petersburg is the capital of the Russian Navy. The St Petersburg Coat-of-Arms was approved in 1729. The distinctive copper coat-of-arms is mounted on rich velvet surrounded by a wood frame.
