This key ring features the world-famous sculpture The Menacing Cupid by Etienne-Maurice Falconet from the Hermitage collection. The sculpture, done in 1757, was commissioned by the Marquise de Pompadour and enjoyed immense popularity; it was repeated several times in marble, bronze and porcelain. The Hermitage version was executed for Count Stroganoff  and was kept in the Stroganoff Palace in St Petersburg.
